I know I want to grind wheat. But I am sure I will want to grind some other grains as well. But I have never had my own mill. What should I look for in one? Do you have a favorite?
TIA

We have a Nutramill and like it very much. You can most dry grains in them, not wetter ones like beans, flax etc. I do mostly corn and wheat, sometimes oats.

The Nutramill is easy to use and store. I recommend it!

There was a thread about this a while back and I think the Nutramill was most recommended. I think you could find it if you do a search.

My Whisper Mill has been purring along for about 10 years now. She still works like a dream! :D

I have a K-tec and definitely DON'T recommend it. I bought it from someone who found out she was gluten intolerant shortly after buying it and got it for about half price. I'm committed to not purposely sabotaging it, but I won't be sad when it dies and I have to bury it and purchase a NUTRIMILL!

My Nutrimill has been good. And just in case nobody mentions it, the noise level is about the same as a vacuum cleaner.

I love my Nutrimill. :)
