Poll?

I can't seem to figure out how to make a poll. I tick the "Yes, post a poll in this thread" box but it still doesn't seem to work.
HELP!!

Put your message in the window

Click the box to post a poll and click submit

WAIT until another window pops up
(this is the part that trips people up...the waiting)

Add what you want in your poll

and submit
