Another buying TOG question

Do people who are buying the year plan before it goes up in price already own TOG? In otherwords, if you are a TOG newbie should you buy the bundle or can you just get the year plan?

The bundle goes up in price on Feb 1st too, so both new customers and old, bundle and year plan purchasers will benefit from buying before then. I'm just getting the year plan myself.
