as of next Thursday! The principal of his school said he can participate fully in the band program, as long as he causes no problems. (This said with a smile and a laugh - he and the VP were going on and on about how good he is and what a delight to hang around.)
So, I'll still be driving around like a lunatic for a couple of months until things warm up enough for ds to ride his bike, but life is good.
Life is really, really good.
I'm a homeschooling mommy again!

Congratulations, Jennifer! I'm thrilled for you!
And with just bringing one home (for now? are others coming back home to school next year?), think of the time you'll have to homeschool exactly the way that's perfect for just the two of you. It sounds like a great way to get back into your homeschool groove.
Good news on the band. http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/musical/marchingband.gif I remember you saying he was really enjoying being a part of that.

I'm happy for you!
BTW, I didn't get a chance to say it yet, but I'm glad you're here, even with your new name. I read your explanation. That post was brilliant.

AWESOME!!! ::clapping::
You sound so excited! I think it's really neat that he can still participate in band at the school, too.
