Another vegetarian question

Dh has said to me twice now that he would consider vegetarian meals if they had flavor. I know this is a matter of the cookbook I use. What are some good cookbooks with flavor and spices. He likes hot food, I don't.

Years ago, I tried this and had one or two Moosewood cookbooks - not enough flavor for dh. The first time he said this, he specifically mentioned lentils.

I think it's called Higher Taste - Krishna cook book. Yummy! Garunga potatoes (I think that's what they were called) are deliscious.

Rodale's Basic Foods Cookbook is yummy and has lots of vegetarian recies.

And there's Rawvolution if you want some yummy side recipes.

Totally agree about Moosewood.
