confused about "quick reply"

How do you post a "quick reply." When it says to click on the icon, I'm not seeing any.

When you clcik on quick reply, it drops you down to the message box at the bottom of the screen. You type your reply and hit post. If you use the quote or go advanced buttons, you can get to the smilies and other fun stuff.

'Quick reply' is the button with a quill on, bottom right of each post.

Did you find it? You'll see 3 icons in the bottom right hand corner of each post. One is blue and says "Quote" the next one has quotation marks on it the last icon is the one you want. It has a paper & quill on it
