What should I bake this afternoon?

Dh takes his lunch and I always have sweet stuff on hand. Should I do chocolate chip cookies?? what else sounds good?

I'm CRAVING chocolate and sweet, baked goods! We have half a package of choc. chips so I could make Choc. Chip cookies. I've been surviving on bananas topped with melted choc. chips! At least send the aromas my way! :D

Something gooey - like those dream bars (made with choc. chips, coconut, toasted pecans, br. sugar etc on a crumbly crust with a sugary-lemon glaze drizzled over the top.

Or gooey brownies

Or lemon bars...mmmm

Or heck, just go for some Rice Krispie Treats.

Definitely something in the gooey bar family though. :)

You should definitely bake a chocolate cake, and use chocolate frosting (with chocolate chips)- serve it while it's hot, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. YUM! (Not that I've been craving such a dessert or anything, :o )

Oatmeal butterscotch cookies with walnuts or pecans gets my vote...Mmhh, I also like gingersnap cookies too. Yum!
