Have you been to http://stores.lulu.com/classicalwriting? By clicking on the book titles, you should be taken to the pages where you can see a preview.

Did you click on the book title and then on "Preview this Book" then start clicking the little yellow arrow on the right of the screen? At least, in the Aesop Workbook, you'll see a lot more than just the table of contents!
Also the instructor's book for Aesop takes you though the introductory notes and then to Lesson 13. If you've already looked at all those pages...sorry I can't be of more help!
