How to do title for HIve Bee status

OK, I'm very new at this type of message board. Every time I post I see a "Just Visiting" under my name. I'm jealous! I see others have "Hive Worker Bee" or "Hive Larvae" under their username. I've gone to the User Control Panel many times, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change this. I did learn how to do a hyperlink!
