I found the thread,
Would someone explain to me... the Classical model of writing and why it is superior to modern methods?

very interesting. I have not had the chance to read everyone's comment and I would like to print it out to read while I'm waiting at ds martial art class. I would also like to put it in my folder, so that I can review again later to help me find a writing program.

Thank you

You could just click on "file" then "print" but you would have to do that many times over and you'd end up printing a lot of extraneous stuff that you don't need.
I think that I would just cut and paste the things that mattered most into a Word document. I wouldn't print it at all unless I really needed a hard copy. Hth! :001_smile:

Yeah, I didn't want to print too much - I just thought I was missing a button "print view" on my screen. I guess I gotta do it the hard way.
Thanks.

If you choose your display mode as linear, it will print easily.
There'll be some extra stuff, but not that much.

First step: Display mode -> Linear Mode
Second step: Thread tools -> Show Printable Version

Edit:
I just tried various options, and your Display Mode does not need to be changed! Just "Show printable Version" will show you the whole thread, with minimal extra stuff.
