Dd4 usually wanders around lonely while ds7 reads his lesson, so I printed a coloring book of space for her.
She's convinced that she's writing her own book & will be able to sell it. Maybe that's why she's SO concerned that the colors of each planet be EXACTLY right. So she asks me. I have no idea, but ds patiently tells her for each planet.
I can hear them over there--
"This one's supposed to be reddish-brown."
"I know! I'll mix the colors!" (We just learned about color-mixing in art.)
"Hm...I don't know. I think it's too pinkish. What do you think?" (dd to ds)
"Oh, no. It's perfect." (While continuing to do his work!! That's the most amazing part of all!)
Now he's explaining the belts on Jupiter and adding them to the picture for her.
