PF Changs Have you eaten here?

Do they use MSG? I checked their website and although it lists ingredients for eat menu item it does not specfically state no msg.

DK--I read, recently, though, that the medical professionals have found no link between MSG and migraines...I was surprised, to say the least...

The MSG has always given me debilitating headaches. Literally if I eat it I am in bed for 24-48 hours until I can open my eyes or speak. It took me two episodes before I made the connection at my favorite chinese place who's menu said 'No MSG'. nice.

So no, I have never experienced headaches after eating at PF Changs. I just eat too much :tongue_smilie:

but for the record...the asian dumplings at California Pizza Kitchen do give me the headache ;-)

I doubt that they use MSG. I have friends who have lots of food allergies and that's the only Chinese/Asian place where they'll go because the first question the waiter asks is "Do you have any food allergies?" They are really mindful of things like that there.

On the other hand I think their food is overrated and overpriced. But you didn't ask about that! ;)
