anyone near cambridge, MA? - need help for a friend there

hi, i have a friend who is a first year homeschooler of her young ones (ages 5 and 3) and they JUST moved to boston, MA. she is looking to network/get support/ etc .... could anyone help me figure out a way to give her some names of people who live nearby and are willing to maybe email and possibly give advice ? she needs help understanding MA schooling laws, etc .... i'm helping her formulate her curriculum plan, etc .... she just needs local help.

Tell her to go to mhla.org (http://mhla.org/) and ahem.info (http://ahem.info/). Both have lists of local support groups, information on the case laws that govern hsing in MA, as well as yahoo groups where you can ask detials about state info as well as the friendliness of your local district, what the town legally can and can't asek for, and also network with locals.
