I am feeling very :(. It really stinks!! The housing market down that way is not exactly a buyers market. Very slim pickings. This is the second time a house we like has gone under contract. DH may just end up living in the Holiday Inn Express a few more months. Back to looking,:eek:

Heather will they take a back up contract or is it nearly done as in the inspections and everything have been accepted? The house we are in had been under contract before we got it. That is the pits! Maybe that means something better is going to come a long. ((()))

What a shame but don't give up. Can you get word to the sellers you're interested too? (or is that illegal? I have no idea but I'd be wanting to try if it were me).

Dh faxed the list of repairs, etc. that were done on the house last night. They knew we were interested. Evidently while sending papers to us they were signing someones contract. Oh well, I guess it was an answer to prayer. Not the answer I wanted but I'll get over it.:rolleyes:
