Can someone link me to what progymnasmata is?

I need help in this area! I googled it and still not clear to me. Also CW Aesop where can I see samples of this and get a clear understanding of it.

I am thinking that once I understand progymnasmata I can make up my mind.

If you run a search on Progymnasmata you will find a thread with a lot of replies from a couple of days ago that has a lot of links on it. I don't know how to link you to that anymore, but it is really easy to search.

I hope you are doing well. My ds is doing progymnasmata writing at New Albion and that has been a real win for us this year. :rolleyes:

Sorry I guess I should have done a search first! Oops. How are you? How are you liking New Albion? J(dd) is to young to go to any classes. But I will be checking them out in time!
