Here's my great idea for curriculum junkies:

Open a USED curriculum store for teachers and homeschoolers. Then you can look at everything that comes in!

There is one in my town and it is so great to go there and just browse.

If you think homeschoolers are curric junkies, you should see what teachers give up and sell for pennies on the dollar.

The store here is a consignment store. Teachers price their own stuff. I think this would really kept the owner's costs down.

where to find the time to do it all?? :confused: I'm managing to curb my spending habits by doing TONS of research before hand... which has left me with much less time to spend doing other things. If I don't do the research and spend the hours I do online searching for the best price... I have much less money to spend.

It's a vicious cycle. I want a way out!! ha ha

Besides, knowing me, if I opened up a used curriculum store, I'd get "lost" in it and forget to hs the kids!! Then they'd end up in ps and I'd have no use for a used curriculum store! ha ha ha

That would be dangerous for me! It's bad enough that there is a great little curriculum shop right next to where my daughter will be rehearsing for a play each Sat for the next two months. :rolleyes: I will be strong.. I have to be :D
