After being on the market for over 7 years and dh working 12-14 or more hours a day, 6 days a week, sometimes 7, so I can stay home with dds, someone has finally taken a bite instead of just sniffin around. It didn't go like we hoped, but the offer was good. We just have to carry more than we like. After 7 years we are ready to take anything, even if it's a 2 year vacation and then repossess the store.

Anyway, if all goes well, dh could be job hunting in about 30 days. Scaaarreeeyy.
