Drawing/Writing Curriculum Books for K Age Kids

Hi, I'm looking for the name of some drawing/writing books for young children. The series of books had several different categories (animals, geography, etc.,) and they would have a short paragraph about a certain subject, for example, in the animals book they would have a paragraph about birds for the child to copy on the page and it would also show the child how to draw a bird on the page at the same time. Does anyone know the name of these books? TIA for any help!

Has 8 books, each on a different theme...Animals, American History, Farm, etc. Sounds like what you are describing. We love Draw Write Now.

We loved the Draw Write Now books! We didn't do the writing part, but they were great first drawing books.
