Has anyone used Diana Waring w/ a 4th grader?

I'm thinking ahead to next year. My oldest will be 4th grade. He has been listening to DW CDs (and before that, the tapes) since he was 3 or 4. (Seriously, he comes downstairs for breakfast, pops in DW and eats.) He loves history, but I would not call his language arts skills (WRITING!) advanced! I believe her curriculum is more for logic stage, I was just wondering if anyone had used it with youngers - or a student sort of "on the line."

I was considering using these next year for my older children, I asked about it on the highschool boards. You may consider posting over there, being as some of them might have used it already and can tell you more.
