SWB, I had a qu. about The Complete Writer...

Hi,

I saw on the PHP site that there will be 2 workbooks along with your 1st vol. of The Compl. Writer.
Appr. for which grade levels are the wkbks? Is the 1st one for gr. 1+2, and the 2nd for gr. 3+4?

I think she said in one of her posts that there will be 4 workbooks (1 for each grade) to complement each text.

The two workbooks released next year are for Grades 1 and 2, but she said that the 2nd book could be used for an older child no problem.

I don't think I've seen this info on any of the relevant threads, unless I missed it. I'm thinking it couldn't be too long, since she's already writing volume 2! (I wonder why she went on to vol. 2 before finishing the workbooks for volume 1? Maybe because she said the guide could stand alone without the workbooks, so she wanted to move on to get vol. 2 out there?)

I'm sure The Overmind has some perfectly rational reason for this (which is why she's the Overmind and we are...well, nothing higher than nurse bees, so far! LOL!) She says Level 1 wkbk 2 can be used for older for now, so that's probably what I'd go with for my 3rd grader for next yr. But inquiring minds want to know...when wkbks 3 and 4 will be out!
