Come and disapprove me so I can see how it works.

LOL!

I read the thread and thought "How could anyone not like horses!"

Then I opened it up...that's a riot.

There. You're disapproved, only on paper, though. ;)

basking in your disapproval!

I skimmed that thread. I don't get it. I don't see where this disapproval thing is, but I was glad to see Susan agrees about that feature.

Now I see that I can put someone on my ignore list. Well, I won't say I haven't had a mental ignore list from time to time to help me keep my tongue in check. No one has been on it permanently, but I can have a hot temper and sometimes even <gasp> hold a grudge. A cooling off period is very helpful for me.

I gotta say, though, I just am not getting the hang of this format. But I am getting more work done:D

No, I'm sorry, I can not do that. :)

I finally saw the scale thingy and tried to click on my own. It wouldn't allow me to. I had to log back in. Then I tried to click on the scale by Lee's post and it wouldn't allow it either. (Don't worry, Lee! I wouldn't have given you a bad rating.) I had to log back in each time I tried to click a scale.

Sorry, despite being allergic to horses, I don't hate them. And I'm not going to dissaprove you. I would only do that if someone were being clearly hateful (like saying I hate all pogo sticks, they are all evil, but about people not pogo sticks. And, no, I don't hate all pogo sticks!) I haven't even checked my approval rating.

So, I have 10 reputuation points. What does that mean? How do I find if they're good or bad? Do I go to my profile? I'm nervous, you know, about this whole thing, being of the opinion that no one is liked by everyone.

Hate, hate, hate them. I don't like hula hoops either.

I don't hate horses. Sometimes I do have a strong dislike...like when she decides to go visit the neigh-bors (without us, of course). The neighbor horses are usually right next to her, just across the fence, but when the neighbors rotate them to a different field, Peaches goes visiting. I don't really blame her, it is just kind of annoying.

Isn't hating horses similar to hating puppies, kittens, or chocolate?
Not humanly possible :)

Ok, I wanna try too. I gave you a disapproving reputation. The system answered with "may you get back the same reputation" LOL!

Now I wonder if I can cancel it.

There, now that I am able to give out reputation again, LOL, I have disapproved your post, but I left a comment. So, now how many 'points' do you have? It still says you are on a distinguished road when I hover over your green thingy.

I had to laugh because I did as you said and even commented! LOL And then it cheerfully said, "Thank you! You may be lucky enough to receive the same reputation in return!" Oh, I can't wait! :p

When someone tells me they dislike limas I take them very seriously. When oldest ds was about three, I made him try some, and he threw them up all over the table. Never again will I be a lima bean enforcer.

My son did the same with chickpeas. But in his case it was a food allergy....
He was eating a carrot that had TOUCHED a chickpea..

Blah.

Well, I don't hate horses. That's such a strong word. But I have absolutely no desire to be near one nor get on one. My daughters were taking riding lessons from a homeschool friend and I did get close to the horse and touched it. But it was way weird. For me, horses are to be enjoyed at a distance. Puppies, kittens, and chocolate are just different. :)
