that are dairy, egg, and nut free. We're basically going to be eating out of a cooler for a few days to a week on the road. I've got to run to the store, but am struggling with a grocery list among the chaos.

turkey sandwiches
can you do cold cuts?
cold pasta salad with ham
tuna salad
raisins
corn chips (I know, not terribly healthy, but when you're eating out of your car, some convenience foods go a long way!)
applesauce
juice boxes (again, just fun!)

Will you have access to a microwave? If so:

Spaghetti
Any dinner leftovers

I had a number of cookbooks and meal and snack idea books checked out. My dh returned the one I wanted to rec., but do look at your options. The book was titled something like feeding you child with food allergies.

Another good thing to do yourself is make a list. A big old list of every single thing your child can eat. Keep it handy. Sometimes seeing everything they can eat in black in white helps with shopping, meal planning and your peace of mind.

Hope you find some good answers and suggestions.

wheat thins, graham crackers, pringles, fritos, pepperoni, summer sausage, slim jims, roll gold pretzels, juice boxes, motts fruit snacks, pop tarts, granola bars, licorice (for a treat), ckin in biscuits, trix, bread, and prepackaged lunch meat, not the healthiest, but they'll be times like this.

We are headed to one state for a funeral Saturday, and in another state they are unable to stabilize dh's grandpa, so I'm not sure where we'll end up, for how long, or with what supplies.
