I know for my body just eating unlimited fruits, veggies, lean protein & working out 3-4 times a week drops off my weight like crazy (recent 25 lb loss) but I've hit a stop in the losing process and think I need to kick it up a bit?

I'd like to make sure I’m eating 90g of protein and 30g of fiber a day (included in my 5 servings of my fruits & veggies) but how do I know how to count how much fiber is in an apple or how much protein a chicken breast may have?

Is there an online or downloadable calorie/gram counter so I can keep track?

Thanks in advance for any replys!

Sparkpeople.com is easy and free. There are lots of tools on there, but you can just use the diet section if you want. Alternatively, just Google 'calories in chicken breast' and you'll come up with a bunch of nutrition sites.

You can go to www.fatsecret.com . Either enter your food in their diet calendar or search the foods separately. If you join (it's free), click on My Fatsecret to find it. I keep track of all my daily grams of everything that way.
