I just found this class
http://www.ead-cfwb.be/portail/902.htm

I already deal with EAD for our Latin classes, and I really like them. They come from Belgium, the material is pretty good (although it's photocopies mostly, or printouts - nothing fancy. The content is good though).

The above is meant for Intermediate French and seems to include many conversations. The focus is on actually speaking French. There are 10 modules, and each module includes a half hour phone conversation with your tutor and email exchanges.

So if you have a student who's reached a certain level of proficiency, this might be of interest.

It looks interesting-would you have any idea how much it would cost? Also are there more than one courses or only the one that this mentions?

It's the only course for non-native French that I could find.
The cost is absolutely ridiculous (although it probably does not include the long distance call - which can be done via Skype most probably though). My Latin class cost me 80$ - 40$ of which were bank fees. But the best part? For that price I can take any classes I want till the day I die!!!
Hard to beat that!
