Do you mean to drink as a protein or health drink? If so, I would just taste some until you find what you like. The tastes very GREATLY.

I don't care that much about the taste because I'd put it in our veggie smoothies anyway, which would hide the taste. Just wanted something organic, hopefully, that's decent. Thanks!

The one I have has the word Earth in the name, I think it's Earthrise (can you tell how often I read the label now?) I try to get the organic, and buy it plain. I tend to need plain things due to food sensitivities, so it's simpler.
