Bob Jones math gr4? and k4

My sisters daughter is in public school and is having trouble with math. She is in gr 4. I showed her my Bob jones curriculam and she is considering getting it to teach her in addition to school. At what grade does Bob Jones do elapsed time on telling time. Such as from 5:33 to 8:45. Her other area of extreme problem is long division. Any insite on this would be great.

Also at what age do most people start their children on BJU K4

Long division and elapsed time both start in 3rd grade, but are covered in 4th grade also.
