My second day of the Couch to 5K plan! I am so excited, I had to tell someone! The first day is always easy, the second - not so much. :glare: Especially when the weather is cold and rainy like it is today. I had to go to our church workout room and run on the treadmill. But, at least I have that option!! :D
Yeah, me!! :hurray:

Congratulations! I'm still on the couch, but you are motivating me to get up. I'd really like to run again.

Hey - I'm just starting back to it, too. I have my chart all ready for April activities.
This morning I did a walk/jog combination and added a very high hill to it.
I also did yoga and crunches.
And I'm following my diet. Yay!

I want to start this plan, too. I'm 6 months out from my 2nd cesarean birth in a year and a half. My poor abs... Anyway, keep us posted on your progress, and maybe I'll start, too!:D

Good job! I haven't started a "Runners Unite" thread in a while but next time I do, you'll have to chime in and let us know how it's going. I am having wa-a-a-y too many aches and pains of late and have scrapped my intended long run for the past few days. Hoping to finish it today since the half marathon is less than two weeks away....
