What brands do you like/dislike? Do you see a difference in your dc after use?

Thank you!
Warmly,
Kate

Nordic Naturals fish oil vitamins Omega 3, 6, 9
GummyBear vitamins (forgot the brand - purchased at WholeFoods)

I believe I've noticed a good difference in both my children.

We do a bunch for my girls as they have mitochondrial disorders.

Omega Brites www.omegabrite.com
Supremadophillus www.houstonni.com

Then from Puritan's Pride www.puritan.com
Vit. E 200IU
Melatonin 3mg
Daily 1 multivitamin
B-100 complex

Then by prescription but considered supplements
Carnitor 660mg 3 times a day
Co-Q 10 600mg/day

Omega Brites seem to be one of the top Omega 3 supplements out there--very high EPA:DHA ratio and purified. The probiotics from Houston seem to be very effective for them and the Puritan's Pride stuff seems to be of quality.

A multivitamin One A Day. I used to buy a brand from the natural health food store, but they were allergic to something in them.

We use a natural multivitamin for the four youngest. I'm switching brands because I got tired of the three and four tablet dosages. We're trying the brand Jenn in MO recommended yesterday (http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10386&postcount=2).

13.5yo dd takes Rainbow Light's Teen formula. (I always want to type Rainbow Brite. LOL)

All of the kids take fish oil - either Nordic Naturals for the littles or mine for the older girls.

Extra vitamin C every-other-day or so for the boys, as they both struggle with ear troubles and this seems to help with the colds, etc.. Airborne if it seems something's coming on. GSE if it's too late. :-)
