Anyone use Safeco

I called them and actually gave us a very good quote with full coverage and ds.

I haven't heard of them but they said they have been around since 1923.

What are some things you would ask when switching auto insurance?

We have been with the same company for 17yrs.

for home and car. My folks have used them for years. They are what they say - a good, reputable company. They just do not have flashy ads with geekos, etc.

We had a major claim while insured by them; they handled it fairly and efficiently. We switched several years ago to that flashy gecko carrier, though, because they gave us a much better rate. ;)

I wouldn't hesitate to use Safeco again.
