I am in need of a text which teaches, and hopefully provides practice for, outlining. TWTM recommends Thirty Lessons in Outlining, which I know is out of print, and Preparing the Research Paper, which also seems to no longer exist. Amazon did show a 1985 version for sale by third parties, but TWTM lists a 1993 version.
Does anyone know where I might find Preparing the Research Paper, and if I want to be looking for a 1993 or 1985 version? Or if this is likely to be a fruitless quest, what other texts would anyone recommend for outlining? I am looking for something aimed at high school+ (unless something for younger students would work just as well). Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
