It is available through IEW and is an effective review of grammar for high school.
Also, something like Editor in Chief or Fix-It can help put grammar skills to use and is good practice for SAT/ACT.

For 9th grade ThanksWell, I'd suggest something like Stewart English that would teach them to apply that grammar. Also, Stewart will take them farther than EG to learn more sophisticated sentence constructions using phrases and clauses.

A disclaimer though: Stewart isn't like EG in which there's just one right answer, and it's found in the answer key. Many of Stewart's exercises expect the student to construct sentences of his own, which can make those who prefer the one-right-answer nature of EG very uncomfortable.
