The one I'm focused on planning for right now is functioning on a late KG level. I'm hoping you might have resources to share.
The software I found to be perfect when she was younger was Away We Go (Scientific Learning), Earobics 1, Sound Reading CD and PALS (but we kept having technical issues with PALS.) Reading Sprout (I think it was called that?) on-line was also a favorite.
