We're planning on doing 3 months of the Prairie Primer this summer, but along with it we're going to use Ray's Arithmetic, McGuffey's Primer, Spencerian Penmanship, and I want to keep up with our Latin. It would be more fun though, if we had an old-fashioned Latin program to use. Anyone have suggestions?

Have you looked at textkit.com? They have downloadable files of older Latin textbooks. I'm not sure if any of them are from the 19th century, but it would be worth checking out. The other place I'd look is Google books. They have a lot of older Latin materials. Good luck in your search!

I just found textkit after posting LOL. I guess I should do my own research before coming here for help. I think I'll download something there, even though I'd rather have something quaintly bound like McGuffey's.
