Has anyone read "How to Increase Your Child's Verbal Intelligence: The Groundbreaking Language Wise Method" by the McGuinnesses? Any opinions? TIA

I read it. The first half of the book provides a lot of theory, discussion of research, etc. All of the actual exercises are in the second half of the book. If you decide to use it, I would recommend reading the research that goes with a few exercises and then implementing them rather than trying to read all of the research first. It offers a lot of good exercises, but I personally didn't feel I'd be very good at implementing them.
