scheduling evals-vent!

Does anyone else have the problem of never actually being able to talk to a real person when trying to ask questions/ schedule evaluations for their children? I have two children who need them and I am so fed up with trying to get someone to call me back. I keep leaving messages with the best times to contact me and the one time they actually called back I was out (dr appt for me so couldn't take a call). These are private clinics but for some reason they can't seem to afford to pay someone to answer the phone. It makes me think I don't want to deal with them at all if they are this hard to contact. Is that a bad sign if they are this hard to contact?
