Is it less refined? Healthier? I've been using succanet lately in my baking, but I can't really tell you why except that a friend gave some to me. Are there any advantages?
In the same vein, are there any health advantages to using brown sugar over white sugar. I've noticed a few posts where people say they only use brown sugar, but I thought they were essentially equal in their health benefit, or should I say lack thereof. ;)
