...and your dd is set to take the ACT in April...can you have the results sent to a college at a later time? Sorry, I'm dense and really don't know if we should have the results sent to the local college that she might attend, or wait. Thanks!

You can send the results to any college at any time. You just go back into the account that you've set up and submit the request. It may cost you, but you can definitely do it.

We did pre sends and post sends. So, it doesnt make a difference.

You get up to 6 free submits at the time of testing, and as many as you wish later at a cost of $9.50ish per school. We submitted to 4 schools during testing (only applied to 3), and 2 after testing.

I think it is better to send them in after you know the score(s). You can select which scores to send with the ACT. In case you are not happy with the first score your child can take it again and if better only send the better score.
