normal? I've been buying these for several months from a lady down the street and all I've ever seen are very bright yellow. Needless to say, I didn't cook it. The lady doesn't use chemicals on her farm and from the discussions we've had, I found she only uses a little chickfeed in the warm months, more in the winter months. They are walking all over the land eating grass, weeds, bugs, leftovers from her table.
