FS: Writing Strands and Evaluating Writing

I just bought this set used and decided we need something else. The Writing Strands 1-4 are the older editions. Level 3 has one erased answer on one page, the rest have no writing. The Evaluating Writing is the newest edition. I'm not sure about the Reading Strands: Understanding Fiction :) This also includes the cassette for level 1 and the storybook Freddy and Hortense.

I would like $25 ppd for the set.
