Bju writing & grammer teachers editions

I have the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade BJU english/writing & grammer Teachers Editions for sale. They all have the parents toolkit cd rom. These are all in very good condition. I would say like new, but I have not gone through them each page by page yet to verify that. (although unofficially I think they would pass as like new) other than the 5th grade book on the very last page is torn half off but that is behind all the index and everything. I believe its either an advertisement page or maybe blank? I cant remember but it in no way affects the use of the book!

These sell for $53 brand new on rainbow resource. I am selling them for $25each. or $65 for all 3.
