Ibuprofen..can I give my dd 1 200mg pill?

She is 10 weighs 73lbs.

I don't have any children's med on hand.

I would. My "junior" ibuprofen says
ages: 9-10y, weight: 60-71lbs, 250mg

ages:11, weight: 72-95lbs, 300mg


So I would probably go with one 200mg tablet, and if it doesn't make a difference in an hour, go ahead and give her another half tablet.

Yes. I have given 200 mg to ds8 for at least a year. He weighs 65 pounds.
