Help-preferences in microsoft outlook

I can't figure out how to change the preferences for the font color and size in microsoft outlook (I know how to do it in Outlook Express, this is different.) If everyone knows how to change the color of replies from blue to black or how to change the size of incoming mail please share.

With my version of Outlook, I can change the reply color under Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts. There are boxes to change color/font for composing, replying/forwarding, & composing plain text.

I have no idea how to change the size of incoming mail.
