Anyone have any that are good that don't contain nut flours or corn?
Thanks,
Heather

Here's one, but there are a bunch more you can find. I think many of the Bob's Red Mill are w/o corn or nut flowers, also Bette Hagman's mixes.

The Gluten-Free Gourmet has a book of just bread recipes. Most base recipes call for cornstarch, but she says that you can replace it with arrowroot flour - which we do and it turns our just fine. The other main ingredients are garbanzo bean and fava bean flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour and/or rice flours (depending on the recipe). There are hundreds of variations of recipes in the book. I highly recommend it.

I've tried 10 gf bread recipes and this is by far the yummiest! I love Natalie's entire blog!

I would be careful if this is for folks with Celiac. Studies are still mixed as to whether GF Oats are OK. I know with my girls, I don't want to take that change. Otherwise, looks very yummy!
