Hi - I am selling this for $18ppd. It is like new, I paid over $34 approx for it just a few months ago. 3rd edition - email me if you are interested. I wrote in it in like 1 (poss 2 places) where I thought the answer key was wrong - in the way back appendix - not in the part a student or teacher would use.

This book does not have answers WITHIN the exercises, examples so it could be used by the student alone and they can look at answers in the back.

INCLUDES even numbered answers as well, not just the odd.

bump - I still have just the text for sale for $18 ppd, like new - this is the 3rd Ed. TM which should be exactly the one that Chalkdust sells on their website.
