I am considering using ECC with my ds next year (he will be in 8th grade). Any recs on a good cookbook to use along with this program? There are several in Rainbow Resource, but I would like to know of one that someone has actually used and liked.

Not a cookbook, but this site (http://www.africa.upenn.edu/Cookbook/about_cb_wh.html)has lots of good African dishes.
I had another site in mind, too, which I will look up for you.

Cynthia--not a cookbook, but the curriculum (free) that I want to use for dd's 6th grade year is an alternative to Sonlight 5--it's secular. It has recipes for many countries--would you like the pdf? If so, send me a pm w/your email and I'll attach it. Lisa just found it for me--used to be a geocities, but that site went oob.
