Calling all Mozilla/firefox users . . . Help!

I tried to download Mozilla. I even followed the instructions! I clicked on the download button. I clicked on save (eventhough the options weren't *exactly* the same as the site suggested, they were close). Then I should have gotten the set-up wizzard but didn't. I didn't get the icon, either.

Does everyone know something about this that I don't know? Help much appreciated!

Not sure, but...it may have saved the file to somewhere on your computer. (My files are set to automatically download to the desktop.) Sometimes the wizard doesn't automatically come up for me, too. See if you can find that file you saved (you can run a search for the name) and click or double click on it. That will probably start the setup. Hope that works for you. Let me know. :001_smile:

Ditto what Nancy said. If you can't find it, go back to the Mozilla site and click the download button. When the option to save pops up, look and see what folder it defaults to to save and check there after you cancel the download.
