DS took the PSAT as a sophomore this year, and with the arrival of scores, the emails began...
Here's an excerpt from one, in the form of a letter from the student body president:
"<College town> is far enough away that surprise visits from the parents won't happen, but close enough that a trip home is easy. "
Lovely.
I am not a helicopter mom (at least I don't *think* I am :confused:), but I didn't find this to be the best selling point they could have pitched. Just gotta laugh, though, don't I?
Also, an actual question, do all PSAT test takers start getting such correspondence, or do they cull out certain score ranges?
