I'm losing my mind. I can hardly add up figures on the calculator. Help!

I alter my diet (gobs of fresh fruit & veggies) and start pounding water- start self imposed early bedtime. Unless of course I am actually sick, in which case I still do all of the above.

Take B complex vitamins, Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) and increase your sleep - even napping daily for 20 min. can make a world of difference with brain fog.

No sugar or white flour -- sends me into a fog faster than anything.

Also, cutting back on television, computer and "canned" sound (music, talk, whatever). The input of multiple media -- while a regular part of my life now -- quickly makes me feel very ADD.

There are supplements and things, but I've yet to find a supplement that can counteract sugar or excessive media input.

Yes, and I recommend adding in Enada (Nadh). This is a B-vitamin co-enzyme that helps dissolve the cobwebs if the problem has been not enough vitamin B. (Strong vitamin-B complex pills give me indigestion, so be careful on the strength of those.)
