Is there a thread on this forum for homeschoolers preparing for Medical school? With all aspects of the process? Thank you!

There is now - thank you:)!

My dd is a high school senior who would like to go to VCOM eventually. I found that the book Med School Rx: Getting In, Getting Through, and Getting On with Doctoring by Walter Carl Hartwig gave a clear explanation of the entire process. It gave osteopathic and allopathic medical schools equal treatment. Check your local bookstore for more titles - there are many.

What is your plan, and where are you in the process?

I am not going to be usefull in this sense. My daughter is still in grade school, so I am trying to think ahead of what to plan. I am out of job in 45 with useless college diploma and PhD., and have to start my education all over from scratch in this age having a family with practically no income, young child to homeschool, and old parents both without ss and pension to take care, so I am seriously stressed about having a right start for her.
