When does the schedule come out fo the CHEO convention?....

It says its coming soon. Also, I would like to know how the CHEO convention and the MidWest convention compare. Is the MidWest convention new? I thought I heard someone say that this is only their 2 or 3 rd year. Is this right, or maybe I getting it confused with something else?

This will be the second year for the Midwest convention. It was called the Cincinnati convention last year. Here is my comparison:

CHEO:
better food
better venue
better vendor hall
same speakers every year

MIDWEST:
better speakers (more academic, bigger names)
better time of year (CHEO is really late, imho)
some of the rooms were terrible (hot, smelly, crowded)
